I have been taking classes for a month, and I have to say it easy for me to speak highly of this place and the staff. Coach Rob (as well as Rebecca) is a great teacher, I feel I have learned a lot and improved greatly in a very short amount of time, and I'm really enjoying myself.
This is my first time boxing and it is surprisingly fun, a good work out, and rewarding. I have been practicing steps, punches and combos in my free time. And I feel better in my day to day life getting some of my aggression out on the bag. Rob is also an inspirational guy and very positive.

Just finished my first class as part of the 3 class trial. It was a fun way to workout. The instructor was able to provide individual help while also running the whole group.
